3D/Installation & Video
In "Water Witching," the primitive practice of locating water serves as a vehicle for language’s attempt to transmit meaning. The sculpture is comprised of an elongated wooden table with a parched earth surface, jars of water, and funnels. At the end of the table is a projection of a figure strumming his nose and lips. As the video progresses, water drips from the mouth eventually transforming the human image into a gushing body of water.
